Power Photographic Images is the creative photographic outlet of veteran photographer Nathan Powers. 

Nathan started in high school as the photo editor of his school campus newspaper, The Campus Crier, and has been in love with photography ever since.  In his more than 11 years of accumulated experience, Nathan has continued to strive for improvement in the field, refining his craft with each photoshoot or event.

The passion that Nathan will bring to your photos, as well as his strong sense of fairness, professionalism, and simple fun, are sure to make your photo experience as memorable as the shots themselves.

If the occasion calls for more than a single photographer, Nathan (and PPI) knows a number of other talented photographers in the KC area and around the country who can be brought in to assist and provide all the coverage and creativity you could desire.

Likewise, PPI has friends in the industry who are skilled and passionate makeup artists, hairstylists, wardrobe stylists, and models whom all work with Nathan on a regular basis.  This networking gives PPI the ability to custom tailor a shoot to virtually any need.  In fact, PPI is proud of the fact that each and every photoshoot is a custom event.  There are no “cookie-cutter” shoots.  Every portrait is shot to bring out the individual’s unique personality and character.  Each event is shot based on the specific needs and requests of the client.

 

Nathan shoots on Canon equipment exclusively.  Currently using a Canon 5DmkII, L-series lenses.  An array of reflectors, lighting equipment, and other accessories are also on-hand to give Nathan the ability to accomplish any shot.  Location and studio work is possible.  Please contact PPI with your specific interests so we can discuss how to achieve your “perfect shot”.
